The UKHRI Board

UKHRI has a board of 5 elected trustees (who must be Full members). Elected trustees are nominated by the Full members who also then vote for their preferred candidates. Two vacancies are filled each year with appointments held for duration of two years. The chair is elected annually by the board from among the trustees. The members of the board act as company directors.

Dr Hans RobertChairman

Dr Hans Robert is Chairman of the UKHRI Executive Board. He has over 20 years corporate experience in human resource and development across varied industries ranging from airport services, telecommunications, electronics, appliances, medical to energy sector.

He has worked as regional manager in renowned UK and Middle East organisation covering full spectrum of human resource management including expatriate and local compensation design and implementation for outbound and inbound overseas assignments.

He is a regular speaker and workshop facilitator to international and local participants keen to learn about topical issues in human resource and people behaviour.

Hans graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics (UK) and an Upper Honours degree in Sociology (UK) and subsequently obtained his Masters Degree in Education and Human Development.

Hans Robert, Ph.D. has received several international awards for his activities in the space sector and for his project management promotion activities.

Hans is a family man with four children, a life-long fan and season ticket holder of Tottenham Hotspur, and a Grand Master of bridge who often competes internationally.

Neville Boyce

Neville Boyce has 20 years of experience in regional start-up and leadership Human Capital Development and Management function in Asia for Global MNCs such as Canon, Dell Computer, Sony, Air Products and Chemicals, Informatics, etc. He has also had hands-on experience in business development, customer service, corporate training, consulting, M&A.

Neville Boyce is currently a management consultant helping companies to setup their HR functions and infrastructures; merge their policies and practices when they acquire companies; trouble shoot if they have organizational effectiveness issues; and design and deliver training or workshops such as cross-cultural communication, team building, strategic planning and change management, corporate governance and ethics, leadership skills etc.

Elizabeth Meghan

Elizabeth Meghan has more than 20 years of Compensation management experience in multiple industries from Hi-Tech Manufacturing & Sales to Gases & Chemicals and Professional Services assuming leadership roles in a Regional and Corporate capacity. She first built her compensation foundation skills with Intel Pte. Ltd., and has since progressively advanced in her career as a Regional C&B Manager in Colhem Holdings and Air Products & Chemical.

Elizabeth is highly competent in base salary structuring & job leveling; benchmarking & job pricing; variable pay plans design from inception in bonus plan modeling to its funding, allocation & distribution; mobility management; and benefits review & integration. As an internal consultant with the organizations she has worked for, Elizabeth develops and conducts regular education, training and/or communication programs for Business leaders, internal HR and Line Managers.

Susan Meg

Susan Meg brings with her more than 15 years of working experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Development. Her experience spans across industries like telecommunications, market research, information technology and healthcare. She was holding managerial positions in various organisations and her last position was Senior Manager, Learning and Development, in a UK large organisation.

Susan conducts various programmes, ranging from personal development to leadership. She has conducted programmes on Leadership Development, Competency-Based Interview and teambuilding. She is also certified as a DISC Behavioural Consultant, NLP Practitioner and WSQ-ESS programme facilitator.

Having been in the role of a Senior Human Resource Practitioner with management responsibilities, Susan has leadership and facilitation experience. As such, she is able to share and impart her knowledge and experience in areas like interviewing skills, performance management and people management.

 

Stephen Jacque

Stephen Jacque has more than 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources field working for the Shell Group of Companies. He has taken on roles as a generalist as well as specialist roles in Recruitment, Staff Administration, Industrial Relations, HR Information Systems and Learning and Development.

By way of academic achievements, Stephen holds a Master’s of Science (UK) majoring in HRM and a Diploma in Industrial Relations. He also successfully completed the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

Professional Standards and Knowledge Committee (PS&K)

Proposes and recommends over-arching policy in respect of professional standards and knowledge and oversees the operation of accreditation and examinations.
